When I arrived to check in at the property it was after dark and there were people hanging around outside the building smoking weed. There was garbage all over the grounds and kids running in and out of the building. A female was sitting inside the building and was staring as if she was high. I felt completely unsafe and left immediately. I would NOT recommend this property.

Room smelled of smoke, tv remote didnt work, no coffee pot, no iron. Propert just stunk. Horrible guest services i called 10 time no response.

Definitely needs upgrades. For a six person room we only had 2 towels. Asked for more towels and I had to return the first 2 to get 2 new ones. The rooms had no wastebaskets. The free breakfast consisted of coffee.

The property was very bare bones. The website registration said our stay included "continental breakfast," however the hotel has "grab and go" breakfast, and when that ends, so does all coffee service. There was no coffee maker in the room. Both vending machines were broken. There were no extra pillows on the property anywhere. Because a cold front came through the day before it was a bit colder than normal. We turned on the heat in the room which had not been used in awhile, and it created such an awful smell that we couldn't use it. We did, on the plus side, get an extra blanket.

This property is in a bad location. It's about 9 miles away from Downtown Austin where all the major activities and events are. Not only was it far from town, this location was feasted with roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area despite having supposedly been previously cleaned. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures and stains throughout the entire room including the lamp shades, carpeting, and bedding. The halls and common areas of the facility were filthy as if they hadn't been swept or mopped in ages. And the halls smelled foul like dirty trash throughout. The pool they have pictured is not the pool at this location. In fact, the pool here had water with all kinds of debris and dead bugs in it. I didn't have a good experience at this hotel at all and wished I could have booked a different location once I got here.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. There was trash everywhere. I went down and go a different room. The second room was spacious but smelled like whatever meal was last cooked in the kitchen area instead of clean. The website listed free breakfast but the breakfast literally consisted of granola bars and pre-packaged mini muffins, nothing else. No coffee or warm food. No juice. We did reserve a second room that was clean and had no issues. However, I will not be staying here again.

You get what you pay for!

Hotel staff was nice, but they go home at 9pm and no staff are onsite for emergencies etc. Issues with room - carpet had red stains, found trash in tub on arrival, door security lock was hanging down. Just not a good choice.
