The shuttle from the airport was a mere 1.5 hrs late. The hotel desk was less than helpful assisting us. We were only there one night to catch our next flight, thank God.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Travelocity has the wrong address listed though, so it took me a while to find the hotel

Rooms were quite and breakfast was adequate. Several items under bath vanity missed by housekeeping. Shower didn't have any where to put soap. Shelf was missing and it was only a shower so it didn't even have the edge of the tub option. Shuttle was good information to get on it was not clear between east and west. Price gouging was unbelievable. At least 3 times what it was worth. Not a $570 hotel. But there were very few rooms available and a mess at the airport. So we were happy to get a solid 7 hrs in a bed.

There were semi trucks all around to make it hard to find, I had my room phone on the wall in the bathroom, tv didn’t work and ac didn’t get cold, but was ok for the one night needed.

My flight was delayed so I had to find a hotel. Booked the hotel at around 8 pm, took the shuttle until 10 pm to pick me up. There was an odor in the room, not sure if it was due to the cleaning supplies used or something else. The room was on the highway side of the hotel, so the traffic noise disturbed me as did the doors slamming from other rooms. Walls are thin. Overall, not a great experience.
