Absolutely will never stay here again. Waited over 4 hours for the car to be Vallet parked. Despite this, only to have to come down at 2 am to park it in the garage across the street in the garage. Parking garage had been being used as a bathroom. There were human feces all over on stairs, and the area for the elevator had feces all over, and someone threw rock salt on it instead of actually cleaning. Then to have to pay $50 for that a joke.The smell was so bad we decided to walk to SCAD and from SCAD because of this issue (Close to 3 miles) Room was dirty but who wants to wait 30 mins more mins in line to address issues. No kinda direction in lobby with 1100 kids in the lobby at check out. All our stuff got knocked out of the cart cause it was chaos. I did let them at the desk, and the guy just shrugged. We come to this area 1 once a mouth, but we will never stay here again. I will let all the new SCAD parents that I know that your facility is unorganized and that you are nickeled and dimed to death for so many issues. I will say the waitress upstairs with black hair was amazing 👏. We even told her about our experience, and she did apologize for all the issues and was mortified.

When we arrived we saw that there was valet parking and quickly found out that it was the only parking and that was our only choice. This was not disclosed to me when reserving the room. $45 for 1 night of parking is ridiculous

Travelocity had a glitch in their system. It gave me the wrong dates! It took about 4 hrs to fix the situation. All the operators were not knowledgeable. The last operator was professional and very knowledgeable. The hotel staff was very accommodating! I give her all the thumbs up I can!!

The rooms air conditioning did not work for the first two days of our stay. We called the front desk and stopped by several times before someone came up to fix the unit. We repeatedly asked to speak to a manager because we felt that compensation should have been made to our bill because the hotel was sold out and they were not able to move us to another room. I’ve been home for two days and has called twice and still have not been able to speak with a manager. Big disappointment.

Our experience was good on a whole, the staff were wonderful, the valet staff were excellent. Our " two queen suite" was very small compared to most we have stayed in. The rooms need updating. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were great. We would stay there again.
