It was unique because it was a small property. The best thing was our balcony.

Nice place in Midtown Atl

First of all the place was nice and convinient however what they don't tell you on Travelocity's site is the hotel charges you 25.00 a day to park. The only other issue was we had 2 minutes of hot water. Hotel staff only said they would look into it.

Old School Hotel in the middle of Midtown.

Cons: This is not the hotels fault, but construction right next door is an early morning wake up call.
Location: Tons of places to eat, Tech is close and so is Piedmont Park!
Great Room size, several amenities. FULL sized tub. Kitchenette. and fantastic staff.

Great place in Midtown

The location is great! Walking distance from everything: grocery store, liquor store, bars, restaurants, and the park. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great. Modern and sleek room with a comfortable bed. The ac is a little loud and the room could Have used a ceiling fan to help circulate the Air. I'm a southerner and love a ceiling fan year round. Additional cheaper parking directly across the street from the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Quaint and moderately priced. Very Comfortable and centrally located.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, quaint, cozy
This hotel offers an excellent value for what you get. We got the smallest room offered and it had a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. and a nice 37" flat panel hi-def tv. The queen bed was very comfortable and the entire room and bathroom was spotless. Charlie G's is the bar below the hotel and it's perfect for a late meal or drinks. I will definitely stay here again. I saved over $100 by staying here instead of the more ritzy places down the street. I did think the $19 overnight parking was a little steep, but I think it's moderate compared to parking garages around town.

Uh uh...we won't stay here again

The hotel is next door to an "adult products" retailer. That is the first thing we noticed upon arrival. It didn't make us feel as if the neighborhood would be very safe. And, in fact, the $19 parking fee (and obtained parking token) would have been almost welcomed...if we had felt that the parking area was safe. We didn't. The gates were up and the lot accessible 3 out of the 4 times we visited our vehicle during our stay. We also were awakened at about 2:00 a.m. by what can only be described as a...domestic dispute...occurring in the parking area below our window. When one party careened their vehicle out of the parking area, the gates were up and no token was used by the driver. In addition, although the in-room guide touted the wonderful ice maker in our studio refrigerator, our room apparently did not have one. Nor did it have any ice trays in which to make any ice. The bathroom was large; however, there was no counterspace to use for toiletries. None at all. Finally, as the bed was pushed into a corner, it only left room for one bedside table/lamp, so only one of us could read at a time, unless the other wanted to get up and go sit at the provided desk. Overall, just not what we expected.
