This was the worst stay with Marriott, the room was dirty the bed was ripped and stained, I asked for extra blankets never got them. The parking lot was closed and they forced us to use Valet and charged a lot for it. Overall bad experience, so sad as I use Marriott a lot. Do better !!! Such a nice area for an ugly experience!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my lovely Apartment. I had to call to figure out parking; it wasn’t difficult but perhaps you can let the public know it’s valet only by the Fed Ex building.

The water was turned off at 1130pm we were not advised that this would happen. The next morning had water but not hot water . Could not shower, we had gone to a concert and we're sweaty and dirty. Front desk advised she couldn't help me because room was pre paid. Are you kidding because room was pre paid??? That makes no sense. We have stayed at this Marriott before and would have stayed again because it's nice, but in the future would have to think hard about staying again. No shower?? Front desk didn't care??? I was very aggravated by not being able to take a shower.
