The location of the hotel is perfect! My room was clean when I arrived and absolutely all of the staff was helpful!

I love Hyatt Place properties. Unfortunately I can’t give excellent review this time due to noice. Our first night and morning was restless due to renovation noise. Our first room was next door to a room renovation. We were move the next day for nights 2 and 3. We still heard noise but it wasn’t as loud. The staff tries to accommodate but what can you do about renovation noise. I appreciate their efforts.

The room was spacious. The halls had an odd smell. There were hairs in the pillows. Other than that, everything was fine.
