The front desk staff was not helpful. They did the bare minimum. The also refused us extra towels.

Housekeeping was on point - Kitchen, bathrooms, & beds were clean & acceptable ~~~ But carpet was extremely Dirty ! Also ceiling fans & ceiling above fans need good dusting—
