The hotel was beautiful, we were in room 402. However, our room had an old raisin in the pullout bed, which made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and looked like it has water damage, and wouldn’t close fully bc of it. Everytime the ac/heat kicked on, the fan made a horrible screeching noise, it was so loud. It was awful! Kept us awake most of the night. We were there less than 24 hours, and had a baby with us, so changing rooms wasn’t an option as the baby was already asleep when we realized what it was doing. The toilet ran continuously, we had to mess with it after the children used the bathroom so it would stop running. We came for the pool and it was so miserably cold, it was hard for the older kids to enjoy bc it was so cold. We had a good time, enjoying each others company, but there were for sure some maintenance issues that need to be resolved

My husband and I have stayed at this property many times in the last 10 years. The pool is great, rooms large and comfortable and the breakfast and evening reception wonderful. But..the rooms are showing a lot of wear and tear. The carpet in our room was stained in numerous places and the couch looked stained and dirty. The most inconvenient was having to visit the front desk 2 times before getting 2 key cards that would open the door.The experience was not up to previous visits.I think on next visit to Alpharetta we will try a new hotel. There are many choices in the area.
