This is a beautiful property with extremely comfortable rooms. It should be noted that the walls are a little thin. I could hear the person next door talking at a conversational tone. I think that if I'm paying as much as I was for a 3-star hotel, the walls would be a little more sound proof. Decatur has really turned into a neat little place. The signs everywhere stating: "Remove everything from your car, etc." are a little unnerving, however. Would stay again, though.

Super friendly and attentive staff. That always means a lot. The room was very clean and comfortable. We used the pool and had a blast and also just loved walking around the hotel because it was beautiful.

The Courtyard in Downtown Decatur is not doing enough to ensure the health of staff and visitors. Visitors are not required to wear masks in public areas, there is little to no signage regarding limiting elevator occupants to families or a single rider. I witnessed no extra cleaning of public places. We stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites that did an outstanding job on all points previously mentioned, there is a Hampton Inn and Suites located right next door. I would recommend lodging there if your priority is staying healthy and safe.

Allowing vehicle to park. In front couldn't get out ,guest weren t in lobby.....At least allow us to get out so we can park! Said they were busy....fstt... I went in got my key and had to sit , I finally loaded on cart and went through lobby!!!!!!

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room that was extremely difficult to get in & out of because the door was way too heavy to open & close. Door closing device needs adjustment or changed completely as it is more than five pounds of pull IMO
