"Our stay in Atlanta "
The minute I rang the door bell at 293 Piedmont NE in Atlanta I knew we were in for a treat. Upon meeting Paul I was reassured our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast was going to be different than checking into a hotel/motel had ever been. A warm friendly greeting, making us feel like we were being welcomed home was only the start of the best 2 days every spent on the road. The tour of the house with all it's history, not to mention the music room with it's snack and drink cabinet, to the upstairs sleeping room with it's coffee and tea cabinet, to the breakfast room with its cabinet of pastries available all day, to the screened in porch was only leading us to our bedroom. The bedroom was 1 of 3 downstairs all with their own bathroom. It was very comfortably furnished with all the necessities. Now for the breakfast, Lori, Paul's wife, is an excellent chef. The 2 breakfasts we had were each 2 courses and outstanding. They both are 2 of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and they made our stay top notch.

"Very authentic and well-located B&B"
Great location very close to the fun of downtown Decatur, GA. The Inn is beautifully restored and decorated. Our room on the main floor was very large with a wonderful view of the beautifully landscaped front yard. The innkeepers Joe and Diane are a delight and very knowledgeable of suggestions to make for anything you may want to do! We will definitely stay there again.

"Weekend getaway"
Within walking distance to several great restaurants, including the in house Trace restaurant. We did have problems during our stay which made us question if we were at a Weston hotel as we have always stayed at a Weston during our out of town vacations: Towels were well used with tears, sheets were developing tears, and the satellite TV did not work-only local channels worked correctly. The bed was extra comfortable and view was amazing! We were able to see the fireworks from the baseball game from our room.

"Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport - College Park"
Overall my stay at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport was great. The hotel shuttle showed up shortly after I got to the waiting area. The hotel shuttle driver was helpful and courteous and the hotel was a short ride from the airport. The hotel itself is new and the rooms were clean and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were huge. Internet access at the hotel was fair to good and even allowed streaming of video most of the time. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The immediate College Park area had access to several restaurants within walking distance, including a BBQ place that was good. Also the hotel is located immediately adjacent to the MARTA Red/Gold train line which allows access to downtown Atlanta and most of the attractions there easily. I was attending a conference in downtown Atlanta and the easy access to the MARTA system provided quick transport to the conference space even though the location of the hotel was out near the airport.

"Came for Emory docs, but enjoyed Atlanta too!"
My 93 y/o grandmother and I drove up from Savannah, GA so that she could see an eye specialist at Emory. It was a trip filled with unknowns and anxiety, but from the moment we arrived at the Artmore we nearly forgot about the doctor! On the drive up, they called and informed us that we were selected for an upgrade to a two floor, two bedroom and two bath suite! When we arrived the staff, including the valet guys, were absolutely lovely and courteous. Our room was like a NYC penthouse - complete with black and white pictures of rock and movie stars (also throughout the hotel). The Beatles were in our living room, Elvis in my grandmother's room and Mick Jagger and Jimi Hendrix in my upstairs "en suite." After dinner out in town the first night, we returned and sat outside in the balmy weather in the gorgeous, string-lit and fire-fountain courtyard and chatted. Since we actually ended up having to stay two nights instead of one, the staff accommodated us by letting us stay in the suite another night for the same price that we found on Travelocity. Then by some magic at check-out, they didn't charge us for the $20 per night parking rate. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty and only $10. The "restaurant"(which we ate at the second night) is really just sitting at the bar off the lobby, but the food was good and the bartenders were friendly. You do have to pay to use the K-cups in the suite ($4 per cup, eek), but everything really exceeded our expectations

"Perfect location, perfect stay"
This hotel is located so near the Decatur MARTA station and the shopping around the courthouse, that I hardly needed a car. The staff was so helpful, and corrected a small noise problem with my air conditioner within 15 minutes. Staff was always present in the lobby, and security was there in the evenings - although I always felt safe in the area. I will most definitely stay here again.

"Great price and good value."
I try to find attractively priced hotels when I travel. Given that I spend little time in my room during the day, I would rather spend my money on other things than on a hotel. The Highland Inn is a great value hotel. The price was low. The room, while not fancy, was clean and efficient. I visited in summer and the AC was key. The hotel is just East of downtown in an area much more interesting than downtown. One needs a car in Atlanta in any event. Maybe I should give higher ratings for the value this hotel represents. I would stay there again with no question.
