The hotel had quite a few glaring issues such as peeling wallpaper, missing roof tiles, all the furniture and appliances were dated not to mention the uncleanliness of the hotel.

I booked online months in advance & got a cheap rate (less than $200 for two nights). Walk-in rate our first night was over $200 for 1 night. Unless you are absolutely desperate, this place isn't worth that (it's honestly barely worth what I paid). To be fair, I did not read all the horrible reviews before booking. We were upstairs about halfway down one of the wings, for reference Pros: 1) staff is friendly & tries to be helpful 2) room & public indoor areas are all clean 3) AC works great (*see cons) 4) it's a 5-10min drive to Arlington Cemetery 5) convenience store & several restaurants right across the street 6) relatively quiet as far as neighborhood & street noise goes (*see cons) 7) good sized fridge in room Cons: 1) Everything is in disrepair - parking lot, outside of the building, inside the rooms 2) everything is very dated 3) you can hear people using anything connected to the plumbing, had every squeaky crank of the shower knobs echoing through the room in the middle of the night 4) shower has no water pressure 5) take a shower really early or late -water temp started out fine, but as I heard toilets getting flushed around my room, I was alternately getting frozen or scalded 6) NO WI-FI ACCESS IN MY ROOM. 7) this is 2 stories with no elevator (listing details say both 1 level & 2 level). 8) AC knob to control temperature was completely missing 9) military base across highway fires guns & cannons occasionally 10) hard squeaky bed 11)no microwave

not much to say. But the wifi access which is very essential to me is not reachable to my room due to proximity. I hope that you will expand your server to be able to achieve customer satisfaction.
