This is NOT a "Family Friendly" location. The staff at this location were unkind, underage, and uneducated in customer service skills. The staff was rude and insincere to our needs. We were forced to stay in an unkept room, that was unhygienic and had hair all over the bathroom floor. The parking lot was scary, we saw many people drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking in the corridors around the building. There were groups of teenagers hanging out near there cars and we felt threatened any time we left the building. The pool's heather was broken and the pool was freezing cold. The pools were both filthy and had dirt on the floor and looked like they have not been cleaned in weeks. A lot of items were out of order and the staff was hanging out conversing in the lounge area making it very unwelcoming. Very seedy hotel, do not stay here, it is not safe for families.

Hello Tiffany, Upon check in and seeing these issues why didn't you inform the front desk without delay? If I remember correctly you not only did not stay in that room you were asked to leave the hotel by police and also threatened myself and my front desk staff saying you would "get us for discrimination" you then proceeded to lie to Expedia to try and get your money back saying you had a medical emergency and could not stay. It wasn't until they called me and asked me did they know the truth.
