Problems exist but staff performed well in minimiz

Pros: Location, Price, Staff
Cons: Maintain aspects of the hotel that are important to the traveller. BEFORE the problem becomes larger ;
Location: Close to action, and airport.....much excitement and alternatives available within walking distance.
I have recently retired here in the \Philippines, after extensive travel experience in North America. I understand that problems exist wherever a person travels. No exceptions! It is how the hotel staff responds to problems that separates good performance rating from weaker ones. Apollonia Royale u had problems for sure, including TV inefficiency,...but the staff minimized the problem and fixed the problem area. That is all I can expect, and appreciate! Many hotels feel they offer "customer service" but it is disguised as "Customer Exccuses" ze I like Applonia because they understand Customer Service.....all they need is to attempt to minimize problems before they enlarge!
