Beds were filthy and dirty no towels, no toilet paper ceiling falling in people passed out in the hallway should be condemned

No one informed us that the majority of the building had a recent fire. Our room smelled of smoke and mustiness. Staff was nice tho. And transport to/from the airport and train station was quick.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

This place is disgusting and dirty. It caught fire at some point and is still burned out. My friends and I didn’t feel safe even checking in so we’re crashing on a friends couch.

The room was filthy ! It looks like a place drug dealers would live at. We stayed an hour and left to go to another hotel. Save your money ! Stay away !

The overall appearance of the property was terrible. The first building looked as it had been destroyed in a fire months ago. The interior carpet in the hallways and stairwells was stained and badly worn. There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable. The overall place seemed dingy. Would not recommend.

This property burnt down. Over a year ago. The pictures from the website are from before the fire. They moved the office to an old room in a wing that was not burnt. It is filled with cleaning supplies. In the morning the set up a portable table and put out cereal and yogurt. The floor in the room was sticky throughout. There was someone else’s old toothpaste in the sink. Linens were clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff left the front door propped open all night and in this area that is a major safety concern. There is no elevator so you have to drag your stuff up three floors of the oldest carpet you have seen. They promoted airport shuttles but would only leave on the hour despite having two shuttles and two drivers hanging out for the entire hour between shuttles right in front if the building. I asked about a refund and was told I have to wait to hear from the manager at 1700 tonight. I will update if there is any productive conversation. It is safer and less gross to stay on the floor of the airport.
