Pros: Clean, big rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: Pool Hours.
Air conditioner was loud and the pool was open from noon - 6pm only. We stayed 2 nights with a day a Knotts Berry Farm. Room was large, clean, quiet for a family of four during the week. I felt it was overpriced - but we chose to stay here since any other hotel was MORE expensive, so its Orange County rates; overall, it is a value for California.

Quiet hotel, close to Anaheim attractions

Pros: The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever been in.
Cons: Signage about rules could be more visible.
Location: It is close to plenty of places to eat. Disneyland and the Anaheim Angels are a short drive away. There's a golf course behind it.
On the outside, this place looks like any other low-rating motel. However, everything on the inside was new and clean. Our king size bed had a pillow top, as advertised, and was very comfortable to sleep in. The shower was standard and functioning and there was plenty of hot water. There was even a new TV which we watched Game of Thrones on. There was no noise to complain of, as well.

Cheap and clean near Knotts Berry Farm

Pros: Cheap and clean
Cons: Towels were flimsy, television only got a few channels
Location: It is near Orange County attractions like Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, and Medieval Times. Excellent breakfast spot nearby, Kimmie's Coffee Cup.
When I booked this motel, I was worried because it was so inexpensive that I was afraid that there might be something wrong with it. But I had just been off work for a while and needed something super cheap so I took a chance. I was surprised to find that it was scrupulously clean and had obviously just been freshly tiled, carpeted and painted. It even had a comfortable memory foam mattress. My only complaint was the towels, very flimsy and cheap. I will stay here again but I will bring my own towels next time.
