The motel is being remodeled. The parking lot is full of construction material. The elevator is dusty and dirty. You can't touch the walls or you get dirty. The breakfast sitting area is in the middle of the parking lot. The road noise level in the rooms is horrible. Got woken up several times each night. We left a night early to get a hotel that we could actually have a good nights sleep in. Can't believe that they Best Western lets them operate like this. Very close to Disney. Th eww nightly fireworks shake the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the fact that has a mini fridge and a microwave was a plus. I will definitely book with them on my next visit.

Great!!

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. We were about 5 minutes away from DisneyLand so it was perfect with fair price ,we also saved money since they offered free complimentary breakfast my kids loved making their own waffles. Overall the stay was great my husband loved the jacuzzi ,the only downside is i wish there was more parking.

Close to Disneyland

Pros: Close proximity to Disneyland Friendly staff Clean room Comfortable beds Free wifi
Cons: Small repairs to bathroom fixtures needed - bath faucet loose from the wall Larger parking area
This hotel is within walking distance of Disneyland and the trams to Disneyland for transportation - the walk was only about 5-7 minutes to the trams, maybe 10-15 to Downtown Disney and Disneyland gates. Disneyland fireworks were visible from the hotel parking lot each night. There was construction behind the hotel while we were there, so it was noisy in the mornings when the work site opened up. The walls are a bit "thin" in this hotel as well...we were able to hear our neighbors while they were in the room and active, but overall, it wasn't a dealbreaker as we were out of our room SO much. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it's free and you can load up in the mornings before setting out for the day, so it definitely serves its purpose, and the parking lot is rather small. Thankfully we had a small compact car and were able to find parking each day. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were SUPER helpful and friendly!

It's so close to Disneyland. I like the location.

Hotel staff were nice, breakfast is okay, but carpet smells and short of parking space. we came late at night due to I5 landslide we can't find a parking spot they asked me.to.park.my car to the valet parking. The next day, I got a call.from.the front desk to back up my car because the guest parked in front of me is leaving. I back up.and waited for awhile after a few minutes another car looking for parking space I have to park my car back to give way to incoming car. Then at last she came and apologize. It's inconvenience for me as we are about to leave the hotel I only like the location.
