I called the property as instructed and at the phone number indicated on the itenerary to indicate a change of 3 travelers, not 2 as initially planned. The phone agent said no.problem, but upon arriving at the priperty, no knowlwdge of the change was recorded. Luckiky, the desk agent Raj was responsive to our needs.

Checkin took a long time. Need more people behind the counter when shuttle bus arrives. I arrived 11 PM and had to wait in line longer than necessary. In room, there is no clock, no instructions for internet access. Otherwise, very clean, quiet. At checkout, no personnel available behind the desk. I just placed my key in provided box. (Room 2231).
