When I first arrived at the hotel we basically had to climb up a ladder with our luggage to our room. Once we made it into our room the bed was unmade and there was dirty towels all over the room and left open snacks. They moved us into a nicer room which was kind but the inconvenience remains. Also we're told if we wanted house keep to request it. We did not request it on purpose and they came into the room and moved our stuff which made me feel uncomfortable

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. The room itself is small and you can hear your neighbors through the wall. My neighbor had a bad cough and kept me up at night. It’s a good place to sleep, but nothing more.

ITC Hotel

The location is great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Right on a canal, within walking distance of almost everything (well for me anyway). If you don't want to walk the tramline is less than 50 meters away. Nice neighborhood with lots of eateries and a food store near by. Bikes to rent and the breakfast isn't half bad. I'll probably stay there when I go back. One word of caution. I am a "hotel is only for sleeping" kind of guy. I basically wake up get organized and get out to do stuff. If you are looking for 'amenities' this isn't the place for you. It is a basecamp not a spa.
