In Amarillo - stay anywhere but here
I realize the old adage of " You get what you pay for" is absolutely true. The price was great. The cleanliness and condition were beyond poor. They would be better off removing the old soiled couch in the room and have a small table/chairs as the sofa was disgusting and stained. The "breakfast buffet" is not a breakfast at all. Even the orange juice was a mix between diluted and fermented. These re a few yogurts, a waffle machine and coffee, oj or milk (two choices of cereal - that makes up the entire "breakfast buffet".

The check-in clerk was the nicest attribute to this stay. If I could post my pictures you’d see GROSS from entry to exit. The fridge has multiple science projects growing, the room stinks, the insulation is nonexistent-highway sounds like it’s just outside the door, no disposal can, empty Kleenex box, dried loogies in the sink, there’s more hair in the shower drain than on my head, the bed sheets most definitely were not changed - sparing you the evidence… you just can’t make this stuff up!!

RUN AWAY!!!!! This place is a dump. Too much to list. Worst is probably dirty sheets and dirty socks behind the armchair. I could go on and on. Probably top 3 worst hotels that I have ever stayed in.

The sheet got stain on the top. And the pillow even had a long hair lied on it! It was unbelievable dirty! The light are low. And the nearby area looks dirty and unsafe. I would never stay in this chain-store again!

Room was dirty, there was cooked rice on the carpet by the entrance of the room, there was no toilet paper in the room. The bed covers were also dirty. I requested for extra blankets and TP at the front office, but they told me that the housekeeping personnel were done for the day and I had to wait until 7 AM next day.
