The valet was very busy. I had to drive around the block four times before a spot opened up in the valet line. There was a stain on the bench in my room and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The front desk people and the bartender were great!

Great Place
London was especially nice and welcoming & very helpful to me. In fact all of the staff I had contact with were very friendly. Everything was clean. The only problem was regulating the temperature in the room but I think they are installing new thermostats.
