Our room would have been nice if it was clean. They need to inspect the rooms more carefully. I would not sit on the sofa and the bathroom wall had drops of blood on it. The shower stall glass look like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The staff was friendly.

The front desk people were great. The elliptical needs servicing, the pool was closed, the bedding was VERY uncomfortable and the key maker was broken at check in

Jacqueline, the hotel receptionist was very nice and helpful. I had spoken to her over the phone before my visit. Also the young lady attending the breakfast food and beverage was very attentive and pleasant! Loved it all and will tell friends and family about our positive experience!

Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast runs out fast

Stayed here after a New Years party. Very tidy, clean hotel!!! Spotless! Comfortable beds. Breakfast run out fast and they did not fill many things up so get down on time. Would recommend this hotel!

Convenient location

Pros: It was in the right place at the right time.
Cons: SERVICE . If you owe me an apology don't offer me a lie.
Location: Bucks county parks & museums
Beds & bath clean, though short of towels which the front desk gave us when we went up for them. Refrigerator DIRTY. Noisy upstairs neighbors stomping around. Called front desk . nothing changed. Either the stomping quit around midnight or we fell asleep in spite of it. Called hotel from home this morning. The woman who answered said she was on duty that night, & she denied that we called the front desk a second time & they would not pick up the phone. One of us is lying. I don't believe it's me.

Nice big room, decent prices, but the bathroom was a little dirty, they didnt clean the glass that well. But all in all it was a good experience.
