My room could have been cleaner and also in better condition for over $200 a night it wasn't worth the money. The shower had no pressure and it looked like the sink was falling off the wall. I also was not told of the parking fees which were expensive.

The hotel made for a great "base camp" for my family to explore Alexandria, VA and Washington D.C. Eateries and sites in Alexandria were a walkable distance from the hotel. With a WATA across the street from the hotel, access to sites in D.C. was also simple. One negative about our check-in process was temporary parking. The hotel had very limited temporary parking for guests to use while they checked in and received room keys that give access to hotel parking garage. My husband had to circle the block a few times.
