Terrible refund policy. The hotel itself was great. I’ve stayed there many times. However, on this stay, the fire alarm started going off randomly at 1:00am. After 30 minutes of the alarm going off an on, I decided to check out and find another hotel nearby because it seemed the issue wasn’t going to be resolved soon. I checked out at 1:30am, the gentleman at the desk assured me that I would be refunded. Later, I found out the hotel refused to refund me because, and I quote, “there was a malfunction in the alarm system, and thusly weren’t responsible for it going off”. I talked with them 3 times, and Travelocity tried twice. They wouldn’t budge. So I’m out $100 for a room that I had to leave in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep. It was pretty classless and inconsiderate of them. I’ll never go back. There’s a Holiday Inn Express right across the road that I will go to from now on.

Accommodations were OK and staff was friendly. Only had one small bar of soap in the bathroom/shower and breakfast was just so-so.

We can't prove it, but we believe that while we were getting breakfast, someone entered our room where my wife's purse was and stole $150. There was no do not disturb sign to place on our door and when we asked for one, we were told they didn't have any. Very disappointing

I like that it was quiet the people are friendly easy to get around did not like there is no pool the breakfast was it to go breakfast would rather have a cooked breakfast that they used to have
