Nasty, dirty, unkempt. Looks like somewhere the homeless would stay. The bath tub was filthy and cruddy. When we sat on the bed to call Travelocity, the bed rocked like a it was on a boat in a hurricane. There were cigarette butts all over the property especially on the stairs and walk to the room. Overall, a horrible experience.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied. The day you checked in was right after a huge rain and the streets flooded. We tried explaining that to you and since you refused to go upstairs, you were left on the ground floor. As we explained to you, the trash has been washed from the streets to the drainage ditch behind the hotel. We offered to allow you to move hotels and cancel your reservation but you said that you didn’t want to pay the higher rates. You also mentioned that you wanted a five star hotel for around 60.00. Unrealistic. I’m sorry that the bed platform was broken but could have been rectified had you walked up a flight of stairs. We did try our very best to accommodate you in very extreme circumstances. Sorry it wasn’t enough.

Save yourself the horrible experience and spend a few dollars more for a better place. I don’t know where to begin as to the horror I encountered and frankly don’t have time.

I can imagine how bad it was. I am the new GM and can assure you that with new ownership and new management in place. We are set to transform the hotel into a motor in. From yesterday with all the modern touches of today. Please come and see us again and let us show you our progress

The lady upon check in was rude. The room still had trash in it. The room also had a big hole in the wall.

Please know that we are working on every aspect of the guest experience. We have only been in place for 2 weeks total! When I came on to the property the entire previous team left and there is no question as to why. The hotel has been neglected by this previous team and management. But I am in place now and have some big changes in store for this hotel. I am truly sorry got your poor experience and can only say that we just completed putting the management team in place and I am confident that they will bring in the right people with the same vision and drive to succeed .

My family and I traveled here for my nephew's all-star baseball tournament. I have never had to go to a window to check into a hotel. That was creepy. There was trash and cigarette butts along the sidewalk as we walked to our room. When we got to our rooms, in the very back, one of the room keys didn't work. We went into one of our rooms, with 2 queen beds, and were completely disgusted. It was dirty, there were holes in the walls, ceiling above shower looked like it was going to cave in, furniture ripped and destroyed, and it did NOT smell clean. I would not have my children sleep there let alone use the bathroom. I went back to get other key fixed and it was for the same room we went it. I went back to office window and got my deposit back, which is shocking they even have one for such a place. They should be ashamed of themselves. The pictures I looked at when I booked the rooms look NOTHING like what I saw. Travelocity, you should be ashamed you have this hotel on your website!! Needless to say, we did NOT stay there.

I arrived at the property with my children, and after seeing a drug deal going down outside of the building, was told by the front desk clerk that she only had two rooms available and they were both dirty and smelled badly. She said I could see the rooms, but they would be gross enough I wouldn’t want them. I asked for a refund, but she said she wasn’t authorized to give one and I’d have to talk to the manager tomorrow. I didn’t stay around any longer and found another hotel. The description stated that the room I purchased is smoke-free, but she implied that the rooms smelled badly of smoke, among other smells.

Property was overbooked, no rooms available, this was after waiting in line twice for over 40 minutes each time I finally cancelled my reservation, so maybe someone else, that was from farther away could get a room if one became available

It was outdated and was worried about my vehicle in the parking lot. Move it to the front parking lot to keep it safe.
