Since the website refuses to let me tell everybody exactly what happened and they keep canceling my review, I have to do it in a nutshell. They refuse to cancel my reservation. I've called them numerous times and it have been lied to. This used to be an upstanding hotel and I've stayed there numerous times, I do not know if they were bought out or changed ownership, but it has really gone downhill. It is not about customer service anymore. All it is is about money. I refuse to stay there at this hotel ever again.

After a long day of travelling the staff were great. Quick pick up from the airport and then with luggage even offered us a room on the first floor instead so we didn’t have to carry it upstairs. Very thoughtful

The desk clerk was helpful but not very friendly, sidetracked doing other things while "helping" me. She apologized for it but continued answering calls from coworkers and talking to another one, something about glue. Didn't seem too pressing. I would have appreciated more effort on her side to focus on me. For the amount of money I spent I'd probably choose a different hotel. The room was clean enough.. Coffee in the room sucked but I've never had good coffee in a room yet
