Our room had bed bugs, they were not swift in helping us get out of our room with any urgency whatsoever. After 6 hrs later we were moved down the hallway to a different room. We were offered a drinks for our troubles and were told our room would be credited to which when we checked out it was not and they added and extra $509 to the room with no explaining or did they ever respond to my emails. Don’t stay here! This place is old dingy and has bed bugs.

Thank you for staying with us. I do apologize for your experience while you were with us. We did check the room with a service, and there were no bed bugs in the room. They were mosquitos in the room. The charge was for the taxes and parking, along with items that were consumed in the room. We did complimentary upgrade you 2 room types. Again, I do apologize for the issues during your stay.

Pretty hotel and real nice people but sucks you can’t use the pool as often as you’d like because they literally host a “influencer” event almost every day and night . We went used the pool just once and never again after.

We do have lounge chairs reserved specifically for hotel guests, but later in the evening, they are removed for the night activities. I hope the rest of the stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
