The service was great, but I didn't like the concept that the building I stayed in was separate from the building for checkin, checkout and dining. It was cold and rainy and I did not expect to be exposed to the elements at my hotel. Also, I had ordered a glass of Rioja wine that I said tasted bad. They gave me another glass of a different wine but didn't check the bad wine and continued to serve it. I experienced a slight case of food poisoning (spinning room) the next morning and I think it was because of the bad wine. I only had one glass so I didn't drink too much.

Not the best option for airport hotel
Shuttle service is only available once an hour, so not very convenient especially if you are tired after a long flight. In a morning we had to take a taxi because shuttle only starts at 6 am. Hotel is located on a very noisy street, difficult to get sleep. Close proximity to bars and restaurants which is a bonus for some.
