Excellent location..the front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty loud.. the A/C units are outdated, woke me up several times until i just decided to turn it off, only to hear the unit above me... otherwise i had a very pleasamt stay

Staff was very nonchalant about the cleanliness of the room. Bathtub was dirty, urine stains behind toilet. It took one full day before Sandra address the matter. I took photos so that general manager would address the issues, requested that my room get comp for at least one of the two days spent and I was offer 3000 points that I could only use if I open a account with Wyndham hotels. I refuse the points because it wasn't enough for a replacement stay....besides that I paid for the 2 day hotel stay with my credit card. Very Sloppy service and very disappointing stay General manager never called back.

Also you mentioned to the front desk about your issues the day of you checking out and myself spoke to you at that time about the issues you have mentioned above. When you arrived you came down shortly after asking for milk for your shake and at that moment I asked how was your room and you advise everything was great. The amenities were great. I liked having full sized fridge, cooktop and dishwasher. I did see roaches in the bathroom.

The suite was huge clean, quiet, easy to find, and easily accessible from the major freeways. We loved our stay and would stay again for sure.
