The bathroom ceiling paint,and room is falling apart,the kitchenete cabinets are falling apart, the whole furniture is outdated, seems like the hotel needs a total remodeling, the pictures do not reflect the true condition of this hotel, I check in at 2.00 pm, which was nice to let me get in the room, one hour before their standard check in time, went outside for sightseeing, returned at midnight, grabed my luggage, and runed away, away, from this hotel found the We Hotel, which maybe a two starts hotel, but much cleaner, than Amarea.

Great

Very clean , close by to all shopping centers and restaurants, friendly environment and safe, the only inconvenience not parking for the guests at the hotel you need to park 2 blocks down at the Walmart center if you don't a car is an excellent location to stay.

This Hotel Had many hidden charges...

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
This Hotel had many hidden charges. When I will asked for a further explanation, the staff and more important the managers will use this as a reply "hotel politics". Hotel Casa Inn Acapulco wants to strive as a five start hotel, but in order to do this it must now the important's of service. I had the opportunity to travel and its hard to believe the amount of hidden charges this hotel applies at the time of checkout. More important, they said the have a hotel book code they follow (was never found when I asked to see it). The managers, and staff said; they have the visitation hours( yes at a hotel they have a visitation hours).. I really though I was at a hospital... the managers always appear to be too busy to speak to any guest... if a had my family come over to visit me, it had to be at the lobby an extra charge per person will be in place of any person heading to my room. Was hard to explain to my grandmother and my uncle to call me ahead of time before they came to see me, so I can meet them at the lobby. I visit my family often in Acapulco, but one thing is for sure.. I WILL NEVER STAY AT HOTEL CASA INN AGAIN.... I will rather stay at one of those cheap house motels, I bet they can give me the same quality of service... I strongly believe people that choice to stay at Hotel Casa Inn Acapulco, want to stay because of their service... but this hotel will not meet those needs... try any other... (they have too many "hotel politics")... when I mention to one of the front desk manager of my inttentions to give the hotel a bad review.. he just laugh away.. they have too many guest.... who cares if they loose one American... after all the tourist are running to travel to Mexico....

Three week stay, on tight budget

Pros: Close restaurants, short walk to beach, short walk to walmart, good security, usable coin laundry
Cons: uncomfortable beds too hard
I needed to stay for three weeks on a tight budget. The hotel is only rated as a two star hotel and it is adequately rated so. The rooms were clean just hadn't been refinished in quite a few years but it was bug free which I was greatful for! The staff was friendly and I felt safe in the area. There is a club across the street but the noise was not very noticeable. The pool is nice and they have a playground which was nice for my child. As long as you're not looking for the Hilton and you have a small budget this is a nice place to stay and Walmart is just a few minutes walk away as well is the beach which was beautiful and clean. We also stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was adequately stocked and very helpful in my long stay.

Good value

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Good value for the money. The Wifi was not exceptional; however, it was passable. The location was stellar. It was near to everything in town.

Excelent

I stood in this hotel for 14 nights. Rxcelent conditions, very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like: too much chlorine in the pool and in the room after cleaning the room (especialy in the bathroom). I had to aerate the room for 1/2 hour after the cleaning lady left. The bathroom does not have a ventilation system bt itself.
