At check in was told my room wasn’t ready and they would call me when it was. There is no lobby so I went to the mall. An hour later I finally called them to find out it was ready. Got to the room and had no towels. I called the office and requested towels. 30 minutes later I went down to the office and again requested towels. Was told they were in the dryer and it would be another 30 minutes. No clean towels in the entire hotel! Really? I had to take a bird bath in the sink and dry off with the bath mat before going to my event. No shave. Returned to the room about midnight. Still no towels. Checked out and reminded them that I never got towels. No apology. Nothing. Just a “yes sir.” Horrible customer service.

The room had several bugs present when arrived or when I would leave and come back. No shampoo for showering. No ice Machine for drinks. and Nd nothing saying these things weren't available.

Also, for future reference, we do have shampoo available at the front desk and ice trays in the room for your convenience. Very uncomfortable bed.

Pros: Spacious and was like a small efficiency apartment with the appliances.
Cons: More comfortable beds!
Location: Right off the loop and near almost anything. Easy access to the main loop.
The staff were very nice and helpful however the bed was very very, can't stress this enough, very uncomfortable. The room was spacious and nice but unable to get a good nights sleep because of the uncomfortableness of the bed.
