This hotel was great over all . I will stay there again...

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet, no breakfast
This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn in Mexico . I will recomend this hotel to my fam and friends . The staff was great but i think they can improve more in keep it the bed sheets more clean .

This hotel staff was very accommodating

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
My visit was a temporary stop in route but all was as expected and staff was very accommodating.

Poor message service, crowded parking, foreign exchange never had funds

On two occasions messages from relatives were not given until 2 hours late, even when I checked with the front desk. Foreign money exchange service never had funds during my 10 day stay. Fortunately there were 2 exchange houses across the street. Parking area always crowded and valets rude to some drivers.
