"Excellent hotel - very comfortable, classy rooms"
Loved my stay at the Gramercy - my room was spacious, well appointed comfortable and classy. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the downstairs bartenders are attentive, creative and fun - no pretense! Great location for me with access to Flatiron area and terrific selection of local restaurants ranging from select bar food, top notch Italian to very good Indian food. I got a great deal in an off month and would love to stay here again if rates come down a bit.

"Best experience ever in NYC"
I don't think I could say enough about Trump Soho, but I'll try! First, the hotel is beautiful and the location is outstanding for theatre and dining and a very short taxi ride or moderate walk from Penn Station. The front desk was speedy and friendly. The room was large, very high tech (lights, curtains work off remote, TV in bathroom, etc). We had a rain shower and separate very deep tub, comfortable robes ( not those rough feeling ones most places have), slippers and the MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER in a hotel. We had dinner reservations at 6:00 Saturday night at Koi, a restaurant at the hotel, but arrived a few minutes early. Since the kitchen wasn't yet open, we sat at the bar until our table was ready. The bartender was awesome (didn't get his name but he was from Hawaii) - very professional, friendly. Our server, Matthew, couldn't have been any better. Then there was the food. OMG! My husband doesn't even like sushi but he went crazy over the sunfire roll. The crispy rice with spicy tuna was good but not as good as the sushi. The entrees were some of the best I have ever had and I consider myself a hard core foodie. We had the short ribs and the Kobe style Teban-Yaki. After we returned to the hotel from the theatre we tried the Creme Brûlée and the white chocolate cheesecake. The Creme brûlée was a tad better but they were both amazing. Can't wait to go back! Highest recommendation possible and I've been to the city at least 15 times.

"Best stay ever"
Having recently gotten married the weekend before, and taking the red eye to New York it was very kind of the hotel to allow an early checkin. The front desk person- personally escorted us to the room and when she found the room was not quite ready, she placed us in another room. The other room was a grand room so not only early checkin but upgraded as well.

"I enjoyed the hotels luxurious room, service and prime location."
The hotel has been beautifully renovated. My room was well appointed. The fabrics on the bed, furnishings and window treatmeants were ultra luxurious and made me feel very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the turndown service where slippers were placed beside my bed on linen towels. Evening room service left a bit to be desired, but the food was excellent and the management made up for the service by comping me a half-carafe of French wine. Morning room service was amazing. The attendant prepared a cup of coffee to my liking and then bowed his head while offering it to me with both arms outstetched. The front desk staff, bellmen, elevator operators and concierges were outstanding. I attended a birthday party next door at the Doubles Club in the Sherry Netherland. The concierge offered a bellman to carry my birthday gifts to the party. I was at the hotel over the Easter holiday. On Good Friday, I was delighted when I returned to my room to find a chocolate Easter bunny with jelly beans scattered around his feet. Delicious! I hope to return soon to the Pierre. The hotel offers me the luxurious life I have always desired to live even if I can only afford to live it while travelling.
