"Convenient and Comfortable"
The staff went overboard on helping me out. They were friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. The hotel is artsy yet comfortable for all travelers. If you forgot to bring something with you, the staff would ensure you got it. They also had free snacks for you if you had the urge to snack (even at 2am). This was a great place to stay. If ever in Phoenix again, I will stay here.

"Nice hotel for the price"
We stayed here during one weekend of Spring training and were pleased with the hotel for the price. The pool area was great and there were employees walking around to see if anyone needed towels or anything. One of the managers was checking in on the rooms and he went above and beyond to make certain we had what we needed. However, we had friends staying across the hall and they had a horrible experience. It was a 6 hour drive to this location, so when we were a half hour away, we called and let them know we were nearby and that our friends needed a crib set up in their room when we arrived (he is one and it was past his bedtime). We got there and there was no crib. We had to call them to remind them and the pack n play they did bring up was broken and took over an hour to set up. They also had a broken coffee maker and room service never went into their room. The staff did what they could, everything just took more time.

"Good ambience, quiet rooms"
The lobby has high ceilings and an open ambience, with the lounge sharing the space with the checkin area. Loung prices steep but not outrageous, good bar food appetizers. Staff was efficient, friendly and professional Checkin lines were longer than we expected for a 7PM Wednesday arrival. Room was clean, nicely appointed and quiet, elevator to the 22nd floor was wicked fast. WiFi was an extra cost... pretty lame for a $200+ room

"Perfect place for girl's weekend away"
We wanted a place that we could enjoy the pool, eat, drink, dance and not have to drive.  This was perfect.  Overall, very very good.  We ate at Blue Coyote (excellent sushi) and at the seafood restaurant, Oceans. Clean comfortable room with a fridge and mini bar area. Several night clubs to choose from. Cigar bar downstairs has nice views and more sedate crowd.  Many of the other clubs have ASU students and younger crowd, but we had a good time and it was interesting people watching. The pool party on Sat. and Sun. mornings again was the ASU crowd.  DJ started late but that was OK, too.  If you're going, make sure to wear something to show off your new boob job... or not. Hotel staff could be friendlier. Gambling... it is what it is.  Resort is close to Scottsdale restaurants and bars.  I think next time, that may be a better option for evening events.

"Recommended"
Great comfortable, colorful hotel, really enjoyed the pool and atmosphere, staff was very helpful and friendly, a little pricey (not on some standards) on food and drinks but very unique and tasty.  It was a place I will tell friends about and would stay again.

"Cool hotel while in Downtown"
This is a cool hotel located in a cool building in downtown. Even though the parking was complicated, they have valet service (for a fee) which helps. The interior design is very modern and nice and the bed is comfortable and the views incredible. The restaurant of the hotel is very very good but we didn't have a chance to try the bar since it was closed when we came back from our dinner/party. The staff is very professional and nice. For a price that is comparable to the Clarendon and San Carlos, this is a better option, especially if you want more space and comfort.

"Great property centrally located in Scottsdale"
The villa was a great option for our family of 4 adults. Having the 2 separate bedrooms plus a good sleeper sofa in the living room was great. Unit was nicely appointed with all the amenities, and it was the perfect place to be for a weekend getaway. We would definitely consider this again - hopefully similar set ups are available in other cities.
