"Couldn't ask for more! "
This is a great hotel, especially considering it's only $90/night! I was coming from Amtrak/Boston and was very sick. They let me check in a little early with no hassle. The staff is great, security is great, location is perfect for the willis tower and hop on/off tour stop. Despite being sick I very much enjoyed my stay.

"Prefect Location, Great Place"
The room was as listed (how often does that happen). Well kept rooms, made you want to come inside. We checked in a the staff was great about the area info, sharing to help make our weekend wonderful. We needed to have our luggage kept for a couple of hours before our flight and they had it all taken care of. The area was so easy to walk around and find what we were looking for, a beautiful city.

"Great Location; weird rules"
The rooms are simple and clean. Yes, they are small, but do you go to Chicago to see the room, or do you go to see Chicago? The weird thing is that this hotel has weird rules. The only one that adversely impacted us was that they charge $38 for early check in. I have stayed in hotels all over the country, and all over in Chicago--this is a first for me. I had to spend $38 to get into a room I'd pre-paid? That was sort of irritating. The room seemed pretty beat up--there were gouges in the walls, no one had bothered to change the clocks at the end of daylight savings time, and the TV mount was crooked and would not stay straight. Pros, though: the coffeemaker had good coffee, there is free bottled water, and it's really close to Michigan, an El stop, and a 7-11. Cons are that the elevators are slow and always seem to be overcrowded, and the desk staff didn't really seem to care that we were spending money there. Overall, it was still a good value for the money (proximity, cost of the room, etc.) but I didn't really feel welcome.

"Great Hotel to stay at, but don't eat at the restaurant."
Great room, great price, great location. Thanksgiving dinner at Dine, the hotel's restaurant, not so good.

"Nice room but noisy"
Our room was located next to the freight elevator and the soda machine, so it was a bit noisy. We could also hear a child out in the hallway as the family was leaving -- good thing I was already awake.

"Good location"
We were tourists in Chicago and this location was awesome. Most people recommend the "loop" area as being bang in the middle of downtown. This location is unique by itself and we were practically on the Loop area which was hardly a 5 minute walk - which we did EVERYDAY of our stay and enjoyed the stroll too . Anyway, Magnificient Mile is like 5th Avenue of NYC and is a great location by itself. The best feature in this hotel was the great hot breakfast - a perfect way to start your day. The only issue is the woefully tiny rooms - makes me think of Japan. But then, why spend your day in the room ? Free wi-fi is a straight 12$ advantage for those who really dont spend much time on the web and need to occasionally access their email - and to pay a "penalty" of $10+ in most other hotels is sad. The number of eating places around is enticing too. Would recommend this place for those who dont care too much for the size of rooms.

"Great stay"
Stayed here during a conference at the end of June. The location is great - very close to shopping and good places to eat. We had issues with the wifi and spent awhile on the phone with tech support the first night. When we called the desk the next morning because we were still having issues they immediately offered to move us to another room. No tech issues in the new room. Both rooms were clean and we didn't notice any noise issues. The staff was great - especially Shanti. In addition to the front desk staff we asked the concierge some questions and he was very helpful.

"We would recommend this, the staff was great!"
We could not get the room to heat up very well, the manager brought us more blankets and coupons for a free breakfast (which we found under our door after it was too late). The person working at the Starbucks inside was wonderful. We had a great time in Chicago!
